Technical Support Spare Parts Sales 100% (M/F/D)

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

In this varied role, you will complement the After Sales team and make a valuable contribution to ensuring that our customers are supplied with spare parts quickly and efficiently throughout the entire product lifecycle, thus guaranteeing high system availability. Thanks to your motivation and perseverance, you will meet the high demands placed on our services.

WHAT ARE YOUR TASK IN THIS ROLE?

  • Customer advice for spare parts enquiries
  • Supporting spare parts sales through technical clarifications with customers and suppliers as well as internal coordination.
  • Monitoring worldwide spare parts orders with regard to quality and on-time delivery
  • Processing complaints and creating spare parts lists
  • Entering and maintaining the product master in the Abacus ERP system
  • Initiating changes to drawings and archiving
  • Telephone and written communication with customers and suppliers in German and English

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in working with ERP systems (ideally Abacus)
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, Internet)
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills are a must. Other languages an advantage
  • Independent, professional way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to perform, ability to work under pressure and flexibility in a dynamic daily routine
  • FL/CH/EWR/EU nationality or residency permit within EU/CH.
