Teamleader Technical Service & Refurbishment 100% (M/F/D)

Your group will be part of Intamin Parts & Services and will be essential to the success and image of Intamin as a supplier of sustainable and relieable refurbishment solutions in the market.


WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE?

  • Lead and Support Team: Lead and support a team of engineers who assist customers by addressing and resolving technical issues. Oversee the project management of refubishing old installations to ensure timely and effective completion
  • Customer Care and Issue Resolution: Provide exceptional customer care by proposing and implementing solutions to technical issues. Maintain positive relationship with customers through regular contact, support and courtesy visits
  • Internal Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team and with other departments, including water/ coaster/thrill ride departments, calculation, designers and sales, to ensure seamless operations and solutions
  • Technical Support and Evaluation: Offer technical support to both the team and customers by conducting thorough evaluations to determine the feasibility, safety, costs, and schedule for potential technical solutions or equipment renovations. Ensure all aspects are carefully considered and addressed
  • Commercial Relationship Management: Assist the team in managing commercial relationship with customers by providing well-founded proposals and negotiating final intervention price to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Order Coordination: Take responsibility for coordinating orders with suppliers and internally for commercial aspects, ensuring smooth and efficient processes

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Completed training as a design engineer / poject manager or completed studies in the field of mechanical or construction engineering (Bachelor or Master Engineer
  • 10+ years of design or project management experience after training/studies, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, plant, crane and vehicle construction
  • Experience in price calculation and ability to estimate cost
  • English language skills at an international professional level. German desirable
  • Independent, reliable way of working, initiativ and flexibility
  • Good attitude, coordinaton and communication skills
  • FL/CH/EWR/EU nationality or residency permit within EU/CH.
